What are you doing on Saturday November 12^th?

 Maybe the B in Banco Popular really means Bonsai.  A few months ago many customers saw a wonderful display of some of the Bonsai of BPPR Assistant Manager, Fernando Reyes’s family.  People were so intrigued with these beautiful plants that Fernando and the other members of the Rincón Branch of Banco Popular decided to offer a Bonsai workshop as a fundraiser for the Relevo por la Vida (Relay for Life) cancer walk event.

 Here are the workshop details:

Where: Banco Popular Rincón

When: Saturday, November 12, 2011-Begins at 1:00 p.m. for 2-3 hours

Who:  Everyone is invited.  The professor is Jésus Sánchez.

Jésus Sánchez is a professor of Environmental Science at Interamerican Unversity. He has twenty-eight years of experience with Bonsai.

Cost:  $20.00 (a portion of the money earned will go to benefit the Relevo por la Vida).
